lnav version
v0.13.2, and current nightly build, on windows. Tried on multiple computers as well.
Describe the bug
There doesn't seem to be any buffering for rendering the text in a console (tried Terminal, the classic cmd.exe, wezterm, etc). The text rendering is slow and is shown line by line. This is an even bigger problem when working with live logs that scroll by fast.
To Reproduce
Open any decently large file and scroll around with Ctrl+D / Ctrl+U, you can see the text rendering from top to bottom instead of it being instant. Even the user interface panels seem to suffer from this.
