How to modify the header sent during a request?

Hi, thank you for your helpful piece of code.
I'm trying to modify the header sent during a GET request by the browser, but it doesn't work. I can only add a new header to the request.
When I rename the header from Accept to Accept2 or whatever, the header is added.
How to deal with this?
