chore: normalize image-metadata.json to sorted key order

The probe step already sorts keys on write, but the committed file was stored unsorted, so every build reordered it into an 839/839 noise diff. Commit the sorted baseline (keys and values unchanged) so builds stop dirtying the worktree.
