🛠 Tooling: Switch from markdownlint to eslint/markdown

Overview

@eslint/markdown has replaced markdownlint in my personal repos. I've made this change in create-typescript-app but not here.

As a part of that, I've switched from markdownlint-sentences-per-line to prettier-plugin-sentences-per-line.

Any objections to me making that change here too?

markdownlint has 60 rules, @eslint/markdown has 21 rules. I personally wouldn't do it, seems much less comprehensive.

Many of the markdownlint rules are superseded by the formatter, though (MD003, MD004, etc.). The number of actually useful rules for ts-api-utils is much smaller.
