cap-able 的仓库现在 1 commit, 1 contributor, 0 star, 0 fork, 0 issue，在 GitHub 上也搜不到其它仓库使用，现在加进文档可能太早了。
建议去交流群等渠道收集反馈，看自己有没有决心和精力维护。如果有，可以等几个月成熟了，再加进文档。

之后加进文档时，最好删除「双语标题现在可以使用
cap-able包的bicap函数快速实现」这句话。这份文档只描述问题并链接到解决方案，并不描述解决方案本身（详见 README 内容范围），否则太难维护了。比如某一天你的包支持三种语言并排，把
bicap函数改名为multicap，这时很难保证这份文档同步更新。
