What is ||about:invalid

Hi, on this page:

When creating a filter by selecting the top bar area in element picker:

uBO suggests me this filter:

||about:invalid

Is this normal behavior?

Also the page becomes blank when opening uBO's DOM inspector.

uBO extracts the URL from the background-image property of the div and Firefox says that the property is url("about:invalid").

On Chrome, it suggests a filter that would block the whole url itself:

Is there something that should / could be done on uBO to prevent the picker from suggesting these bad filters? Or is this something trivial / wontfix ?
