Add a shortcut to the editor for quick toggle comment.

Description

I hope to have a shortcut key (such as ctrl-/) in the rule editor to quickly toggle comment the rules of the selected area or on the line where the cursor is located.
This will help improve the efficiency of writing test rules.

I forgot there was an issue opened about this, the ability to toggle the commenting out of filters was added in gorhill/uBlock@0e32e43; through the Tab key.

Would you consider adding a "toggle comment" button to the right of the cm search widget for easy toggling on mobile?

I've had some breakage on reddit, which was difficult to investigate due to the site using shadow dom which hides filters from logger/DOM inspector. My only choice left was to try commenting out specific lines to narrow down the one causing the issue.

Having to type an exclamation mark at the beginning of each line isn't very convenient on mobile. Even using ASK, the tab button is hidden on the 3rd screen. I think having an easy toggle right there on screen would make things easier for mobile users.

This keyboard has a tab on top only it can be a nuisance to pull on the top left corner instead of clicking:

I haven't checked if the button has areas instead of dragging events (when someone bangs on the corner of the button with a precision stylus).
