Create a project documentation folder

Describe the solution you'd like
Needs:

• Clear Description of the Json Data Model / Schema (eg. relationships with CSS classes),
• How to customized for others purposes the component,
• How to manage more languages (ltr, rtl, top down),
• Create a README in French too.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Multiple entries according to profiles:

• none techies
  • managers

  • documentation rockstars 😍
  • i18n friends
• a11y friends ⭐️
• dev html ⭐️
• dev css ⭐️
