Description:
The backend (GraphQL response) correctly returns counts for subject, sample, and medical_history. However, these entities are not displayed in the Submission UI.
This issue has already been reported to the Gen3 team. Creating this ticket for tracking and follow-up purposes.
Expected behavior:
Submission UI should display entity counts consistent with the backend response.
Actual behavior:
UI does not show subject, sample, or medical_history data.
