Summary Screen: Styles should be green when barriers are resolved

• On the summary screen, when all barriers are resolved for a specified section (Known, Potential, Files), the barrier containers should have updated styles to clearly indicate that the barriers have been resolved.
• Also, when all barriers are resolved, the "Resolve Barriers" screen should indicate that instead of displaying "No Results Found"
