Instructure has decided to move their API docs from https://canvas.instructure.com/doc/api/ to https://developerdocs.instructure.com/services/canvas/file.all_resources/ .
Each of our method docstrings link directly to the old URL. We'll need to update each one to the appropriate new URL. This is also an opportunity to ensure all the links are valid.
