Module returns "cryptography is required for this module"

Hello when trying the
ansible-playbook Setup_UCS_Server.yml -i inventory

I am getting the error back.

Running with Ansible ansible [core 2.13.1] on MAC 13.2.1 (M1-ARM)

We found the issue. The fix python interpreter in the playbook causes the error. Is this intended? How can this be made more compatible?
