Goal
Create clear instructions on how to run the project using the VM available.
Main Changes
This PR update, especially the README.md, with specific details of how to run the project using the VM that was made available to test with the Carla simulator already installed. I also updated the CMakeList.txt to include the correct path to the libgtest.a
set(gtest_lib /usr/src/gtest/lib/libgtest.a) in line 16
