C3Bridge stops working after KRC restarts.

After restart of KRC with Stop KRC / Start KRC actions on controller, the running instance of C3Bridge stops working and needs to be restarted manually.

Tested on C3 Bundle 1.4.0, KRC 8.2 (Windows XP, C3BANSI.exe)

After restart C3Bridge server (C3BANSI.exe) manually, everything works again.
