Profile feature requests

• Profile photo upload sometimes hangs while cropping an uploaded image. (shows the crop interface, hangs on save).
  -- I encountered this today on both Chrome and FF
• Let users change their password from Settings
• Allow active links (general FR for the text editor)
• Provide permalink to profile, or profile ID, that persists across slug change
