Support RTL in Safe Area classes

What happened?

Our app has support for RTL and LTR. So the use of "start" and "end" is very important for us - Right now all the Safe Area classes doesn't have support for "start" and "end".

We should have: ms-safe, me-safe, start-safe, end-safe, ps-safe, pe-safe

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a React Native app that can be used in landscape orientation.
2. Add ms-safe in a View component
