src/Unic.PackMan.Website/packages.config references Unic.Bob.Config and Unic.Bob.Muck that are not public on nuget

Those references should be removed from the project.

Thanks for reporting the issue. These two references are for internal building and deploying and you can safely remove them from the packages.config to build PackMan. However, we will take a look into it.
