+- **`unic-pr-review` had no GitHub remote.** This repo existed only locally and was never pushed to GitHub, so it could not be deprecated (no README/CHANGELOG to update) and could not be archived. Only 2 of the 3 target repos (`unic-claude-code-format` and `unic-claude-code-confluence`) were archived. The acceptance criterion "All three old repos are archived on GitHub" is partially unmet due to this pre-existing condition.
