Combines the Node 20 compatible dependabot bumps into one PR; replaces #2856, #2852, #2853, #2848, #2847.
Skipped bumps requiring Node >= 22 (CI runs Node 20; see d8519a9 for the prior undici incident): undici 8 (#2858, #2855), commander 15 (#2857), ai 7 (#2850), @ai-sdk/amazon-bedrock 5 (#2854), @earendil-works/pi-coding-agent 0.80 (#2851), @types/node 26 (#2849).
Verified locally: build, typecheck, lint, and tests pass (2 sdk live-API timeouts also fail on master).
