Минифицированные файлы не принято включать в git репозиторий

Ну он на самом деле не минифицированный, хоть и называется min. Я его в галпе собираю в зависимости от переменной окружения. Если это production то сжимаю с помощью csso, если development - то не сжимаю, но называю так же само. Мне показалось, что так удобнее.

По BEM части к сожалению сказать нечего, потому что я не сварщик бема( |
