Bump ansi-html and gatsby in /client

Removes [ansi-html](https://github.com/Tjatse/ansi-html). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [gatsby](https://github.com/gatsbyjs/gatsby). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `ansi-html`

Updates `gatsby` from 3.14.6 to 5.2.0
