docs(changelog): name the old constant prefix in the rename note#798

The historical constant-rename sweep overwrote the "before" token in the C-ABI constants breaking-change note, so it read "renamed from the THETADATADX_ prefix to THETADATADX_" and no longer told C consumers which prefix changed. Restore the old TDX_ prefix in that one descriptive phrase so the release note states the actual rename; the constant list and the rest of the changelog stay on the new prefix, and the rendered mirror stays byte-identical.
