Spreadsheet: values missing from filter dropdown

Description

In long tables, some of the values in the column are not included in the filter-dropdown list of values.

Expected outcome

All values in the column should be listed.

Minimal reproducible example

Steps to reproduce

Open the filter dropdown in a sufficiently long table, and look for checkboxes representing values towards the bottom of the table.

I am not sure if I understand it correctly.

If the issue refers to items not showing on the dropdown itself, I wasn't able to reproduce it so far.

One issue I can reproduce, however, is that if the filtered item is originally outside of the viewport, it will not show as the Spreadsheet hasn't loaded them:

That was probably how I managed to reproduce it too.
Not sure how to solve that – obviously we can't load any arbitrarily huge list of items into the filter dropdown.
I guess the only proper solution would be to have a lazy loaded list in the dropdown? A potentially easier solution might be to only show the first X items, and then use the search field to load more?
