- Use $.Values.global.gitOpsSubNamespace for the gitops subscription when set
- Also create the namespace when $.Values.global.gitOpsSubNamespace is set to empty string
- Drop that unneeded label in the subscription
- We also need to create the operatorGroup when the gitOpsSubNamespace is non-empty
- Do not watch own namespace by default
