- Update cypress to 13.16.1
- Update copy-webpack-plugin to 14.0.0
Fixes dependabot security alerts for serialize-javascript (CVE requiring >= 7.0.5) and tar (CVE requiring >= 7.5.11). The old copy-webpack-plugin 6.x pulled in vulnerable transitive versions of both packages. Version 14.0.0 uses serialize-javascript ^7.0.3 and no longer depends on tar at all.
