Weather improvements && fixes

1. Removed sun-js and time checking. Google now includes native night icons that update automatically.
2. Partial fix for Microsoft icon pack. Switched icons from PNG to SVG variants from MSN weather. There is a race condition bug where the taskbar trying to load data before images downloaded, causing icons to disappear. I added a load check, but it occasionally crashes; if you use the Microsoft pack, you may need to reload the page until it displays correctly.
3. Added a reload button on the right for manual page reloading without opening ep settings
4. Fixed alignment and updated CSS, removed search results and ai overviews, replaced scrolldisable function with overflow hidden

Everything should work fine except for the Microsoft icons. If anyone knows how to fix that, I’d appreciate the help
