Performance improvements are required

The alpha release comes out having Valkey-GLIDE driver performance below the existing Jedis and Lettuce drivers per: #31 (comment)

Single-threaded ValkeyTemplate performance:

ValkeyGlide: ~2k-3k ops/sec
Lettuce: ~4k-10k ops/sec
Jedis: ~9k-16k ops/sec
Multi-threaded performance (100 threads):

ValkeyGlide: ~6k ops/sec
Lettuce: ~8k ops/sec
Jedis: ~9k ops/sec
High-concurrency load test (100 threads, 40K operations):

ValkeyGlide: ~22k ops/sec
Lettuce: ~28k ops/sec
Jedis: ~30k ops/sec

This levels out one of the main benefits of Valkey-GLIDE which is performance.
We have to improve the situation to be at least on par with the other drivers

Performance is now on par with Lettuce and Jedis after adding connection pooling support for the GLIDE driver, among other performance fixes, especially via #65. See results here.
