Add AGENTS.md for AI agent context

## Summary

Add an `AGENTS.md` file to the root, similar to [valkey-glide](https://github.com/valkey-io/valkey-glide/blob/main/AGENTS.md) to help guide AI agents with necessary context and information when developing spring-data-valkey.
