Improve the experience for full deployments (build + machine creation and deletion)

Tasks

• Add an environments variable controller, supporting variable addition/modification/deletion
• Make valyent deploy command more useful, triggering a deployment on AdonisJS's side.
• Add support for GitHub-based deployments, with the same logic as for valyent deploy
• Make deployments monitorable visually (and in the CLI)
