Remove RDMNet LLRP-only device code

Remove the #include of rdmnetdevice.h and the RDMNetDevice llrp_only_device instantiation/Print call guarded by NODE_RDMNET_LLRP_ONLY in main.cpp. This cleans up unused LLRP-only RDMNet code and simplifies the build when that mode is not required.
