Draft PR for review only. This Host Teams page is stacked on top of PR #153 and should not be treated as production-ready until the open engineering questions below are confirmed.

Because GitHub does not have the PR #153 head branch as a base branch in vast-ai/docs, this PR targets main. Reviewers should be aware that the GitHub diff may include PR #153 context until #153 is merged or an upstream stack base branch is created.

What changed

• Added a draft Host Teams page for host operators using Account > Members.
• Documented team creation, member invites, member/manager roles, custom roles, permission/2FA controls, API keys, and host-relevant CLI usage.
• Added host-specific guidance for team-owned machines, install context, earnings/payout ownership, invoice information, escalation contact, and owner actions.
• Linked Host Teams from related host pages such as hosting agreement, install, fleet operations, payment, and common host questions.
• Included console screenshots for the team/member/role/settings flows.

Pending engineering clarification

Please review and confirm before this becomes production documentation:

1. Existing individual-host machines to team: should hosts auto-migrate, re-register, or go through support?
2. Existing earnings and payout history: does history carry into the team account or stay with the original account?
3. Team install command behavior: confirm current state of the undefined host-id/API-key issue.
4. Machine registration rights: confirm the exact supported flow for granting machine registration rights to team API keys/custom roles.
