In VectorCAST, there's a configuration option VCAST_NOTES_SECTION_TEMPLATE.
If the configuration option is present, the 'Notes' section of any newly created test case will be filled in with the content of the file as shown in this screenshot.
It would be nice if this could be accessed through the extension by typing //vcast_notes or /* vcast_notes
If the latter is accepted, please close the comment too.
