Make pumpkin pie not consumable in hand

Since the pumpkin pie is placeable now, I feel like it should behave like other pies and not be able to be consumed when in hand.

It could be a config if you want or need to change it back...

There is a config to make the Pumpkin Pie require sneaking to be placed, which solves issues with accidental placement.

I chose this option because I didn't want to prevent players from eating the vanilla item itself, which would softlock the A Balanced Diet achievement.
