Recipes not showing on REI

I tried running a clear instance with only REI, REI Plugin Compatibilities and Farmer's Delight.

Forge 47.4.13

REI 12.1.785
REIPC 12.0.93

This seems more like an REI Plugin Compatibilities bug than a Farmer's Delight bug - FD only natively supports JEI and EMI.
