This PR updates the import path for TimeExtent in TimeSliderModel.ts from the deprecated location @arcgis/core/TimeExtent to the correct path @arcgis/core/time/TimeExtent.
This change resolves the following deprecation warning introduced in ArcGIS JavaScript API v4.31:
