docs: rewrite launch drafts with plain-English messaging

Rewrote all launch content (X, Discord, HN, Reddit, Dev.to, LinkedIn,
NIST email) to use plain English instead of protocol jargon. Fixed wrong
paper DOI (was linking to a smart parking paper).
