Updated Proto File

I plan to update this repo and provide it remaining functionalities like downloading apks, obb files etc.
I have most of the code written down. Just need to put it all together.
I have updated the proto file to make features like downloading etc. work
I plan to finish this over the next month. 😄

@therealssj how where you able to update the proto-file? I am interested in this for the https://github.com/opengapps/apkcrawler project where are still working with an old protofile of @egirault but it starts to give minor problems with newer GSF IDs :-/

I never faced any with the GSF ids.

@therealssj GSF IDs from the new Pixel C, give errors when trying to access its Play Store downloads. Also after some time, access to GSF IDs is often not granted to the play store anymore after a while (even though I am very slowly accessing it, using timeouts).
