I've just set it up in my org.

I had some errors reading the users.

$allUsers.value | ForEach-Object -ThrottleLimit 10 -Parallel  {
#foreach ($au in $allUsers.value) {
    $yearAccess = ([datetime]$_.lastAccessedDate).Year
    if ($yearAccess -eq 1) {

Error was this:

+ $allUsers.value | ForEach-Object -ThrottleLimit 10 -Parallel  {
+                   ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    + CategoryInfo          : MetadataError: (:) [ForEach-Object], ParameterBindingException
    + FullyQualifiedErrorId : AmbiguousParameterSet,Microsoft.PowerShell.Commands.ForEachObjectCommand

AmbiguousParameterSet error shows up when using paralelism in PS 5.

I've updated to PS7, and all just worked fine.
