VCell freezes/hangs/ is frozen after a few hours.

Vcell appears to have an issue where (on Release) VCell loses responsiveness, requiring the JVM itself to be killed.

vcell.org cert now has proper trust chain; this should remove some exception, and may help with this issue.

@ACowan0105 this was the old issue we couldn't find before. we're using (#1468) to track all the re-connection problems, since the freezing should be related to connection issues. #1468 should automatically close this issue when it's closed.
