✨ Polish CLI context release flow

What Changed

• Fixed context source selection so explicit cloud scope and linked projects bias cloud in auto mode, while --source local stays local.
• Made context build --agent --json compact by default with stable build, baseline, status, evidence, and next-action fields.
• Added --include screenshots,diffs,comments and --full escape hatches for larger agent payloads.
• Polished project link and config output so the active project and credential storage are obvious without exposing tokens.
• Softened CLI/package/docs language away from repeated "UI context" phrasing.
• Added npm run smoke:prod:pack, which builds, packs, installs the tarball, verifies auth/project link/build/context against prod with isolated config, revokes the temporary token, and cleans up.
