Enhance update_org_vdc method, cpu_<limit/allocatted>, mem_<limit/allocatted> values can be used as 0

Any possibility on enhancing update_org_vdc as described for below query.

• I had a VDC of paygo, I want use the sdk to set for unlimited i.e. using cpu_limit as 0 or mem_limit as 0
  
• Not sure of other params though, but please consider tweaking if condition such that allow 0
