fix(vxcore): bump submodule to enable image paste in raw notebooks

Attach StandardBufferProvider to raw-notebook buffers so asset writes (image paste, drag-drop) succeed; attachments stay unsupported for raw. vxcore 0342b5e..01dab55. Refs #2703
