python3-fishnet: remove

I tried to fix/update this orphaned package, only to come to the
following realizations:

    Fishnet is now a rust package As such python3-fishnet has no
    reason to exist This package version was last updated in 2019, and
    has seen several revisions as python versions were upgraded The
    package as-is can't download stockfish, as the method for updating
    stockfish was broken in 2020

I believe the proper solution to this is to remove the package, with
no prejudice for creating fishnet based on the rust version.
