PHP8.1 is EOL and latest version fails in most of the tests currently.
zabbix, it's only reverse dependency, hasn't been updated since August 2022. This PR replaces php8.1 dependencies with php8.4 and bumps zabbix to latest release of version 6 (6.4.21)
Testing the changes
I do not use zabbix myself, but php8.1 is one of the packages blocking libffi: update to 3.5.2 (let's try this again!) #59704
