docs: update announcement links and callout for the beta release#2027

- point the hero button and the Resources nav link to the beta announcement post and label the button "Read the Beta Announcement" - reword the troubleshooting callout to match the beta post framing (stable, but not yet complete) and soften it from warning to info

The docs still linked the alpha announcement and described Vite+ as alpha. Now that the beta announcement is live:
