this is only minor tweaking of shades but I think closes out any remaining styling issues in dark mode to create a consistent palette.

@rismoney can you please add screenshots (before / after) to the PR description? This may help reviewer which have not a development version of puppetboard at hand to test, and when a new version is released, it is linked from the changelog so users will see what they can expect from the update.
