IndexError: list index out of range

I have read #19 but I believe it could be due to different reasons so I created a new issue here.

I just fresh installed (never installed anything related before) reStructuredText extension today (11/11/2021) and saw this error. However, there is no output at all in the output window for Snooty Language Client, and the last line in the output window of reStructuredTest is [Log - 5:23:25 PM] Use Snooty language server.

After I open the Developer Tools console I can see the following two error messages:

IndexError: list index out of range
onDidChangeNotification @ notificationsAlerts.ts:42

Couldn't start client Snooty Language Client
