[Bug Report][3.12.4] The first time you click VSelect, the focus will be on the first element.

Vuetify Version: 3.12.4
Vue Version: 3.5.30
OS: Windows 10 (current)

Steps to reproduce

1. Click VSelect to display the menu.

Expected Behavior

The first element in the dropdown list does not receive focus, consistent with version 3.12.1.

Actual Behavior

The first element gets focus

#22226, unfortunately there is no way to tell if a screenreader is being used so we can't limit the workaround.

Is the problem that it's focused at all or just that it's :focus-visible?

Some additional context. The issue isn't just the focused state, it’s the fact that the first item remains visually focused even when hovering over other options. This behavior only occurs on the initial page load and subsequent interactions behave as expected. This is inconsistent with standard select list UX.
