This pull request significantly expands the GitHub Actions CI workflow for building sample applications. It restructures the workflow to support building not only the WinUI sample app but also Uno Platform sample apps across desktop, web (WASM), and mobile (Android/iOS) targets. Each platform is built in its own dedicated job, with appropriate setup and caching for dependencies.
