Hi @lechangxu could you please confirm these changes and also give us an update on the status of the project? |
@keeganquigley Yes, after careful consideration, I have also decided to give up further support for this project. I hope @lechangxu can find a technical team to continue the development of this project. Good luck! |

Yes, the two technicians are no longer part of the team. Below is a brief update on the current status of the project: Both Dr Cao and I remain on the team, and I have recruited two new technicians to continue the project’s development. Earlier, the project encountered challenges in data acquisition, but there has been recent progress. At the end of last year, we successfully obtained Bifrost data through their API. However, during the data retrieval phase for Hydration and Moonbeam’s StellaSwap, we faced obstacles due to incomplete documentation and unclear data interfaces from their teams, which delayed progress. Over the past two months, through communication efforts by Dr Cao with the Hydration and Moonbeam teams, we have now secured their support and obtained the necessary data. We extend our gratitude to the Hydration and Moonbeam teams for their assistance in advancing the QueryWeb3 project. Currently, our team is researching methods to acquire Acala data. If issues arise during this process, I will promptly update you and seek support from your team and relevant ecosystem partners. During development, we observed that many projects within the Polkadot ecosystem have room for improvement in documentation standardization and public API design. These gaps significantly impacted our progress and team morale. I initially anticipated a quicker completion for Phase 1, but we are now accelerating development, with updates reflected on GitHub. This experience highlights that our project is pioneering data aggregation at the application layer within the Polkadot and Kusama ecosystem. This uniqueness reinforces the project’s ecological value and has boosted confidence among new team members regarding its long-term potential—far beyond the immediate milestones and funding. The above summarizes key changes in the project status. Thank you! |
